Skimea's Terms of service

GENERAL
Before we proceed with your commission, I kindly ask that you take a moment to familiarize yourself with my terms of service. It's essential for both of us to be on the same page, and I want to ensure there are no misunderstandings. Please be aware that any use of my artwork for AI or NFT purposes is strictly prohibited.PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
To initiate your commission, full payment is required upfront. If the service is above $30, the payment can be 50/50. Once payment is received, I'll promptly begin work on your project. In the unfortunate event that I'm unable to fulfill the commission, you'll receive a full refund. However, once the final artwork is delivered, refunds will not be possible. So, please ensure you're fully committed before proceeding with the payment.REVISIONS
Clear communication from the start is crucial to avoiding major revisions later on. Please provide as much detail as possible about your vision to minimize the need for changes. You're entitled to up to three revisions free of charge. Any additional revisions beyond that will incur a fee. For commissions involving animations, revisions can only be made before I start animating.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Typically, I'll need anywhere from a few weeks to two months to complete your commission, depending on its complexity and my current workload. If you have a specific deadline in mind, please let me know before we proceed. Rush orders may be accommodated with an additional fee, depending on the circumstances.USE
Just a heads up, I retain all rights to my artwork. This means you're not permitted to edit, distribute, create merchandise, without my explicit consent. If you plan to use the artwork for livestreams or other purposes, please notify me in advance.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I hold the rights to all of my artwork, allowing me to use it for various purposes such as posting, promotion, and portfolio display. Unless otherwise agreed upon, I reserve the right to showcase your commission in my galleries and utilize it for advertising purposes.
COMMUNICATION
The whole process will be updated via discord or twitter.
Please ensure that your DMs are open on the socials you provided to establish communication. The secret is to be patient.
